At the beginning of Xmin I drew “My Life Right Now” in my creative journal. My life at that time was full of changes- some changes already happened and some were still in the making. I was sitting outside while I was deciding what to draw, and all around me were beautiful trees with changing leaves; my life at that time was like those trees. Amongst all the changing trees were huge evergreen trees. My life was trees with changing leaves and in the middle of all the changes in my life, God never changed… and He still hasn’t.
My drawing is made with only things God created- grass, dirt, leaves ETC. This represented that the changes in my life were from God and would be used by Him to make something beautiful.
This drawing represented my life at the beginning of Xmin and it still applies to my life right now. In 3 weeks I will go back home for the summer, I will work (my first job), and do many other things- God will stay the same. Life is full of changing leaves, but God is Evergreen.
